I play Verso as bi/pan, and decently experienced: he's only had one actual relationship however so most of his sexual encounters have been one night stands or short-term flings, so that definitely colors things. He is fairly switchy, but if he does not know your character well, he's going to tend to steer dominant, whereas if there's existing trust/cr he'll be more willing to give up control more often. (Also, while age difference is kind of baked into the character thanks to his immortality, I won't thread sexual situations with Verso and any characters who are *actually* underage, whether by human standards or their own in the case of shorter/longer-lived races.)
Things here aren't listed *entirely* by what he knows he likes already- so a character could for example introduce something from his favorites list and that could be the moment he realizes that yeah, he's actually into that! Kinks under IC limits are things that I'll thread out either in spite of (or because) Verso's not into it- keeping in mind that extenuating circumstances aside, this is definitely going to end in ic-consequences or conflict of some sort, so let's chat about it!

1. Is your character willing to have sex and able to give informed consent?

2. What is the wish your character made? Why did they make it?
Verso's wish is that Maelle will find the strength in herself to leave the Canvas before it kills her, and only return once she can interact with it without endangering herself, that the Canvas will be allowed to exist without threat of destruction, in the way that it's denizens have dreamed of, including allowing the fragment of the Painter Verso's soul to finally be free as well. It's a two-fold thing in Verso's case. He genuinely wants Maelle to be safe, and wants the residents of the Canvas to survive and do well if that's what they choose to do. Despite his horrible choices he does care for her, as well as the Expeditioners; he'd simply felt that he had been backed into a corner where he believed there was no room for a happy ending, that the only choice was a merciful end. And on the other hand, it's a form of atonement- Verso doesn't truly believe that he deserves absolution for all he'd done and tried to do, but still feels it's the right thing to try and fix things, to right the wrongs he'd helped to bring about.
3. How will your character initially react to Decadia's setting?
Honestly, at first just the idea of what he's doing this all for will be doing the heavy lifting. After so long out in the wilds effectively alone, and then thrust back into living amongst others after everything went wrong, he might find the idea of so much attention, so many people stressful. Especially given how much attention is expected in the process. He'll initially try to approach things by setting a sort of internal ruleset for himself: When and how he participates, dividing the sexual nature of what he's there for into a role to play rather than an experience to emotionally inhabit. Will he be good at this? Absolutely not. Any attempt he's made in the past to keep his involvement in any sort of intimate relationship as something transactional rather than indulgent is an attempt that's gone down in flames. This is not a man built for one night stands or flings, but he'll lie to everyone- especially himself, that it's something he can manage.
4. What are you most interested in doing with your character in Decadia?
I'm really looking forward to pushing Verso out of his ill-socialized feral animal sort of emotional hidey-hole. Learning that being seen doesn't automatically mean that he's going to be judged, or things are going to go wrong. Decadia should offer an opportunity for him to engage and connect with others, to practice being more honest with himself and others, to get it through his thick skull that vulnerability doesn't immediately equal harm, which should also let him start to let go of the almost pathological need he has to manipulate and control situations, and instead trust other people around him too. And sexual intimacy is a great way to dig into the tension between how he tries to be (detached, transactional) and how easily he actually does form bonds with others, and that it's not a personal failure for him to be like that. This obviously isn't going to happen quickly, but I'm just so here for him to let a few walls down, and learn that trusting people enough to be vulnerable with them is safe.
5. What aspect of sex appeals to your character the most?
This is a thing Verso lies about just as much to himself as to others. He claims that it's the lack of complexity, that sex is a thing where a physical need is being met, without promises, expectations, or anything else demanded of any involved party beyond that moment that has a clear beginning and end. He tells himself that what he enjoys about sex is the ability to be close to someone else without being known, to participate with others in a way that doesn't invite scrutiny into those parts of himself that he keeps hidden, both from himself and others. Hilariously enough for a man who's as much of a lying liar as this one is? One of his actual favorite things is when sex becomes a moment for honesty. When pretense, manipulation, and performance are swept aside, letting another see the truth of him rather than the illusion of what he pretends to be, and choosing him anyways, even knowing the reality of him. And no matter what he claims to himself, he needs that sort of connection, the human nature of it, if he ever wants to feel like a person in his own right. It also appeals as one of the few places in his life where he might feel safe enough to stop trying to control for every variable, every outcome, and trust another with that. This is not a man who is used to vulnerability, so the idea of allowing it, either from himself, or being trusted enough to be trusted enough to earn vulnerability from a lover, is both terrifying and thrilling all at once.
6. What kinks does your character have, known or unknown to them? Why do they have those particular kinks?
The kinks Verso will actively admit to, tend to be those that feel 'safe' to him- they allow sexual encounters without risking sincerity. They line up with his belief that intimacy and vulnerability cost him, that desire is something he should manage, rather than let himself pursue freely. As a result he tends to try and stay in control of the situation so he can manipulate the outcome of the encounter. He'll hide behind a preference for casual or adversarial dynamics, things more framed as transactional, impersonal, or even antagonistic for similar reasons. (That his preference for adversarial encounters involved that he and his partner both hate him rather than each other is not a thing he'll be looking at the implications of anytime soon.) Even so there are places where his want for connection bleed through- he enjoys acts which revolve around his partner's pleasure such as oral, and while he has trouble accepting it for himself, he loves being able to give aftercare to a partner. It lets him experience closeness and vulnerability in a way that feels safe because it's not directed at him. A form of connection he needs desperately but can't bear to receive in kind. And that drives a lot of the kinks that he either doesn't realize he has, or refuses to admit that he has. They all require the sort of trust, vulnerability, or visibility that he's learned to associate with danger and risk. They need him to let go of control in a way that his admitted kinks don't. But they all reflect what he truly wants underneath his artifice: trust, care, and being chosen deliberately. He'll do all manner of ridiculous things for praise, To be appreciated, to know that he's making his lover happy, whether he'll admit it or not. And if he trusts his partner enough to allow them to take control of the encounter, things like submission, bondage, or sensory deprivation are things he'd definitely enjoy, as they'd allow a heightened focus on the shared experience, without his own need to control or worry about measuring up to some unknown ideal marring the moment; letting him exist in the moment as it is rather than orchestrating it for some particular effect. Basically anything where he can just stop for a moment and let himself exist.
